Every De Oro Jewelry gold piece is guaranteed to match the karat and weight on its specific Trust Warranty Card. If a qualified independent jeweler or laboratory determines otherwise, and the customer provides proof of it, De Oro will refund the purchase.

The Fit Kit is designed only to help you compare approximate **width and length**. These samples are not replicas of De Oro’s solid-gold Cuban chains.
The samples differ from the final solid-gold chain in their:
- Color and finish
- Metal and weight
- Link shape and construction
- Clasp and locking system
- Craftsmanship and durability
- Overall appearance and quality
The gold-plated finish can wear, fade, or reveal the stainless steel beneath it. A De Oro solid-gold chain is made from gold throughout; it is not a plated surface that wears away to reveal a different base metal. Normal scratches and wear can still occur with any jewelry.
Use the Fit Kit only to decide how an approximate width and length look on your body. Do not use it to judge the color, clasp, link construction, weight, finish, or quality of your final De Oro chain.
The 8mm sample is an approximate visual reference for customers considering a bold width. If your solid-gold selection is 7mm, the Fit Kit sample is not an exact width match.
$50 credit terms
After your Fit Kit ships, De Oro will provide one $50 promotional credit for use toward an eligible solid-gold Cuban chain. The credit:
- Is limited to one use per customer and Fit Kit order
- Applies only to eligible solid-gold Cuban chains
- Has no cash value
- Cannot be applied retroactively
- Cannot be combined with another Fit Kit credit
- Expires 90 days after issuance
- Does not reimburse shipping or taxes
If the qualifying solid-gold chain is later returned, the original Fit Kit purchase remains nonrefundable and its $50 credit is deducted from any applicable refund.
