Lifetime Manufacturing-Defect Warranty

De Oro provides lifetime coverage for genuine manufacturing defects to the original buyer with the registered De Oro Trust Warranty Card. There is no limit on the number of genuine manufacturing-defect claims.

What is covered?

Genuine manufacturing defects. De Oro will repair the piece first. If repair is not possible, De Oro will provide an equivalent replacement.

What is not covered?

Misuse, accidents and normal wear are excluded.

Who pays for shipping?

The customer pays shipping to De Oro. De Oro pays shipping back to the customer after repair or replacement.

This manufacturing-defect warranty is separate from our return policy and the karat-and-weight assurance on the De Oro Trust Warranty Card.
